Benefits of Carb


Last week, I did my routine check up kat klinik kerajaan. This is my second (and probably my last) visit. Tak suka datang sini. Tak best.

I gained about 2kg in a month (which sepatutnya I should only gain 500g per month). So the nurse said I should take less carb from now on. So I followed her advice.

Last weekend I managed to eat less (as in sehari sekali je makan nasi) carb than I usually take, and I did it.

But today, when it's only 11am, my stomach is singing dah~

Laparnyeh!

Betul ke ni? Selamatkah if tidak makan nasi or karbohidrat yang banyak?I think people say preggers should take more calories thank normal women~ Kan?

Melihatkan sosok tubuh ko before beranak..aku rasa ko bukanla jenis pemakan tegar.. ko makan jelah macam biasa.. mana best diet masa pregnant.. tak hebatla stretch mark ko nanti.. ehheheehhe

carb tak semestinya dr nasik beb! byk lg sources lain.. for pregnancy mom, usually aku advice mkn 6 kali sehari! 3 main meals and 3 snacks... main meals itu wajib di pagi hari anda brekfast heavy meals + susu, then tgh hari ko makanlah nasi tp jgnlah over2 makan... and lite dinner mcm ko makan bihun ke + susu.. between the 3 main meals ko amik snack.. snack tu ko amiklah buah2 + biskut + roti ker... jgn skip main meals + snacks ok! tidak baik utk kandungan.. apepun kuantiti makan masih utk seorg cuma ko kerap makan, kalo dulu 3 kali skrg 6 kali... jgn makan utk 2 org ye! itu psikologi je tuh.. setiap meals amik balance and jgn lebih2..

fara: weyh, aku pemakan tegar jugak.masa memula masuk second trimester, makan sangat berselera. gile tak benti makan.ni dah lepas timbang naik mendadak tak hengat, terus selera drop~ hurmm..takut la bila sebut pasal stretch mark! aww..

patut laaaaa~ heheh. if u ask me about how to kill ants ke termites ke, aku boleh tolong jawab, tapi kalau tanya bab nutrition ni adalah sedikit fail. sebaik ada ko~

babe..dun worry....pregnant mommy shoudn't diet at all...not good for yr baby..just enjoy yr food...slowly nnti yr weight akn balance sendiri...awal2 ni mmg hormon nk mkn je...later ok...

nasihat dari shilashower, i belasah je makan dulu, even skarang jugak. yang penting baby sihat and ibu mengandung tak kena high blood ke apa semua. diet esok boleh kira lain. hihihi.

yang tak payah makan tu macam eskrem donut dan segala sugary products, itu iye tak elok. tapi tu lah my main contributor kepada 95kg masa pregnant adam. so this time, mak insaf dah. huhuhuhu

just enjoy you meals. diet dan pregnancy adalah tak match sungguh. =P
