Diet?? Try Banana~


Sekarang ni keinginan untuk makan adalah super-high~ But at the same time I have to control my weight, supaya tak naik banyak sangat and boleh ada possibilities untuk kena diabetes laa apa la..

Well.. I have a chance to share this problem with some of my friends. And banyak la yang dorang suggest. And from readings pun ada jugak suggestions like eat healthy food - more grains and veges and fruits. Heh. Memang itulah makanan harian i pun. But stil dengan keadaan sekarang ni, senaman pon kena light je, tak boleh keluarkan peluh yang banyak sangat (er.. kecuali masa panjat Broga Hills haritu. Eheh).

Few of the suggestions yang i ikut adalah:

1. Split meal - maknanya makan setiap 2 jam. Split breakfast, lunch and dinner. So basically saya makan 2 breakfast (7am - heavy, 10am - lighter - cookies or 2 keping wholemeal bread). Lunch at 1pm, then yougurt at 3pm, light dinner (kebab, macaroni soup or spegeti sikit) and minum lots and lots and lotsa water..

Er.. setakat ni berkesan. I kurang lapar dan pemakanan terjaga. Serious susah nak control diet during my pregnancy. Er.. maybe ada orang yang senang, but my part... hurmm.. susah lah!


2. Banana diet.


Ini I tak berani nak try lagi. Tapi korang semua boleh try. Diet ni adalah yang paling famous kat Jepun. Serious... Caranya senang. Bangun pagi terus minum segelas air suam. Then makan banana banyak-banyak sampai kenyang. Then untuk next meal you can eat everything you want! (tapi jangan la over sangat.. healthy food ya...) Then yang paling penting, jangan lupa sebelum tido, minum another glass of warm water. Again, warm water ni function untuk detox.

Tapi ada jugak yang cakap eat one banana before having our meal. One before breakfast, one before lunch and one before dinner.

And ouh, seperti sunnah nabi, lebih elok dinner adalah sebelum jam 7 (correct me if I'm wrong). Supaya by the time kita nak tido tu, makanan semua dah well-digest dah. And most important part is, jangan tido lambat tau. Get your beauty sleep before midnight~

yup beb.. snacking between main meals are good for ur pregnancy as i adviced before! :)

good sleep + lots of fresh fruits/veges will help u to balance ur dietary intake.. tc ok

makan pisang mmg mmpu menahan rasa lapar..dulu pun i diet guna pisang jgk... tapi skang dah terlebih kurus plak..
